We have a full-time need for two (2) Missile Crew Foremans in Arlington, WA for the telecommunications sector, you will lead and oversee a specialized team responsible for the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of missile communication systems. Your role will involve managing crew activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure effective communication and system reliability.

What You’ll Do
• Supervise and manage a team of missile crew members, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Provide guidance and support to ensure team members adhere to operational procedures and safety protocols
• Oversee the operation of missile communication systems, including setup, configuration, and ongoing management
• Ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and address any technical issues that arise
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on missile communication equipment
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in missile systems, coordinating with technical support and vendors as needed
• Ensure that all operations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety drills
• Liaise with other departments and agencies to coordinate operations and ensure seamless communication
• Prepare and present reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and crew performance to higher management
• Maintain accurate records of system maintenance, repairs, and operational issues
• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for review and analysis
• Lead the response to emergency situations involving missile communication systems, including troubleshooting and damage control

What You’ll Need
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a telecommunications role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position
• Proficiency in missile communication systems, including knowledge of hardware and software components
• Relevant certifications in telecommunications, electronics, or related fields preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and in high-stakes environments
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that require physical exertion
• May require working in various conditions, including field sites and controlled environments
• Some travel may be required to different locations for system installation, maintenance, or training
