We have a full-time opening for Horizontal Directional Drill Locator, with a Class A CDL, interested in a long-term career in underground telecommunications/cable industry to join our team Searcy, AR.

What You’ll Do
• Locate underground utilities and monitor the locating process during drilling
• Read prints and exercise good judgment in the field
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, managers, and crew members
• Adhere to company safety procedures and policies
• Drilling and pullback of conduits for fiber networks
• Work under master service agreements with telecom carriers and utilities, involving new builds, maintenance, and restoration in rural and metro areas

What You’ll Need
• Must pass Background and Drug screening
• Good A CDL
• Good driving record required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. continuously
• Work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
