A few months ago I fell of a ladder, severely injuring my left elbow to such an extent that I have little use of my left hand. I have been on workers comp since that time. I just recieved a fax ( yep, on Saturday) that I am supposed to report to work at the warehouse, working as a warehouse asst for $8.50/hour. It is a drive of 100 miles one way. This will be financially impossible to do this. They are claiming that this is acceptable transitional position unlit I can resume work. I say I am being punished for being on worker's comp. God I hate hsp's . Anyway, can someone please give me some help or guidance concerning this. Maybe contacting a lawyer? Thanks
