Geeezzz I hate to say it but GET A LAWYER!! I'm sure the yellow pages in your area are full of 'em and I bet ya won't have much problem getting a FREE consultation either... Oh, and you shouldn't have any contact with the employer either, sounds like they are acting on their own legal advice to negate your claim...
