Charter Sub company let me go

I was brought into the office by my supervisor and told I have to turn in my keys to there vehicle. I was also told because of my driving history they can pay a insurance company to let to work so they told me to turn all equipment and to find my own truck, insurance company, and general liability workers comp policy by myself that day. I for got that they deducted $350.00 for truck rental that covers insurance not in my name every 2 weeks, $20 every 2 weeks to use tech net on my personal phone. I pay for gas with no pay back at all. For all the cable dogs out there what should I do. I didn't get terminated or nothing I still have my crim shield.
