Dance in the streets, you just got away from a crook! seek employment elsewhere and don't look back. Anyone who takes a 1099 position in this industry is going to get screwed sooner or later! simple things qualify you as an employee, such as mandatory start times, forced to wear a company uniform, drive a truck with their company logo etc.... find a lawyer capable in labor laws, good luck
