The $350 bi weekly sounds resonable but hey...just bite the bullet and move on. If you was able to pay them $350 for truck and insurance plus buy your gas, your already working as a sub. If you really want the job...go buy yourself a truck, you can afford it as your cost to operate your own vehicle should be about the same. If your a sub...your pay should go up...Are you getting a 1099 years end.
Here is what determines employee or sub:
Do they dictate when your start and end work, do they direct your daily work site and what to do, do you turn in a daily work report, do you track dates and hours worked. do they supervise your daily work...if all is yes....Your an employee....Go collect your funds. Get a lawyer..one that will only charge you..if you get money !!! good luck
