could use some start up help

hello im planning on doing a start up company into the mdu construction side.most of the work will just be pulling wires terminate,tone,tag and wall plates with an outside boxif been told all i need to get started is an LLC 1 mil into liability and 2 people per buildingthis is all that need to get going, from what i have been told and i got lucky to get a contract from the main prime, so my rates look damn good.our first check will be 3 weeks out and the people going with me are willing to wait for there check until then which is great. so from what i can see my only real start up cost will be around $500 for LLC and ins plus living cost for being on the road.has anyone done this before ? or foresee any other problems i may run into or watch out for ??any and all help would be great this is my first start up company and i really want to do my best here
