there are aloy of unexpected things that will come up that you will not be used to them comming out of your pocket! so be tight with your money! it may seem like its alot but after you finish one project there may not be another one for a while! good luck! and you will need workers comp."with payroll" if you have employees dont let that one sneak up on ya! they will do an audit next time your up for renewal!
