I have recently joined Jade communications here is St.L mo a contractor for Charter. Is there anyone that has any additional documentation or personal cheat sheets. more of referece material that could be passed on to be that would allow me to be a more proficent tech. I have all the pole/drops etc down. I just feel I need somea addtional help with the provisioning areas and any possible trouble shooting tips.
Last thing I nor the customer needs to for a tech to be dispatched and find him or herself in a position of not knowing what to do.
can anyone out there help me out.
