I know i'm hitting this topic kinda late but be careful with Jade.  If they are still sub'n for Telecrafter make sure you record every little detail.  ALWAYS cover your ass...  Last year they got bad shipment from warehouse of DVR's and did charge backs to all the techs.  They refused to even look into the problem.  Telecrafter has been going threw a lot of trouble lately.  You shouldn't have to deal with Wally or Dave(vp not install sup) since your with Jade.
