Digital Cable on 71 outlets

I have a question, In my system I have a gym that has 71 workout machines all with their own TV/DVD/CD player. They would like to get the digital package on all machines. Other than mounting a digital converter on all machines or building a head end in the building is there another way to give them what they want? I know the TV's are cable ready but are not digital. They aren't concerned with digital quality they just want the programing with decent pictures. People are only watching these things for an hour or so at a time. Is there anything out there that will take digital convert it to analog so more than one channel can be viewed on separate TV's?
