Since there are so many diifferent fields and positions in telecommunications today. I realize that a lineman's view may differ from a Gen. Mgr's. views. And an Owner's view may differ from a Contracter's view. And an Installer's view may differ from the QC's view.
Nobody is bound to respond in any specific way. Below I"ve listed a few general questions that I feel would more explain the bases of each responce.
