been there. PW jobs are audited. My company would not allow me to bill 8 hours a day as a linemen claiming the feds wouldnt approve of the time. They stated that you are only a linemen when your on the pole and must bill as a groundmen when on the ground moving the truck or building parts.
Pay is still great though, especially for local workers. Have a good one.
