We are a cable tv/internet provider. We are thinking about offering home networking as another service option, where we provide the modem and router. If anyone else out there is doing this what are your procedures? Are you setting up CPE? Are you providing unique ssid's? Are you actually hands on customer pc"s or are you just providing instructions? Any info would be appreciated.
