CATV Ingress Issue
A cry for help, this is driving me nucking futz. We have been running into ingress that is in the 40-50MHz range. Even after eliminating all front end ingress, and I mean all we still have this impulse noise in the guardband. The picture shown here still needs work on the low end but it will not make the high end noise go away. I have swapped xmit, rcvr, cleaned fibers, changed optical board, rf tray, power inserters and ..thats about it. It seems to only surface when the Voice Ports that we se to provide phone service begin to talk. Any ideas??
