Is it interfering with something? It is in the guard band. And it is almost -35 from the carriers you are showing. I wouldn't think it was a problem. Is this picture on max hold? How does it look at 20 ms? Where are you taking the shot at? Chances are if you find the stuff on the low end you clean the high end up. If this is in the headend, you will need to isolate the source at the node....which leg is it? Then run that leg and see if it is one problem or many little ones. There are different opinions but somewhere around 75 percent of all ingress is drop related. Let me know some of these questions.
