Its not a diplex filter problem this looks like a leak in the system somewhere are you using  pathtrack? or your meter ? you can start from the node and pull rev pads the only problem is if your using your meter you cant monitor much past an active  if its a tap you wont see it unless your using pathtrack I dont think its cpd the noise your showing is concentrated this time of the year supposing your in cold climate its a 95% chance its a leak probably a bad housing, drop ,hope this helps
