this has the distinctive look of CPD, some of the clusters may be hidden by the modem carriers. But you are showing clusters at 42MHz and 48 MHz, as well as 18 MHz. i would look for fluctuations in the severity at these frequencies over a 24 hour period coinciding with temperature and humidity changes, this would indicate CPD is present.
