need keys

I had my keys stolen ( at gun point) and the company that I work for is trying to take the money out of my check. I don't think that is wright because I didn't loose them. They are trying to charge me 500.00 for the set. I work in the comcast system out of Houston, TX. I don't mind paying for my mistake if I make it but this situation wasn't my fault. At this point work is slow and I'm not trying to let them take any more money out of my check. I have enough mysterious charge backs that come up from two months ago. If someone can HELP please.
