I guess I didn't read you message that close, after second glance I saw you work for Comcast...enough said...these rookies will try anything they can to look good in front of their (BOSS)...so mellow out over their keys...tell them to F--K off and go to work for a good contractor....They pay way more and are the real cable people....You will learn MSO's suck to work for and sometimes even to be around, there are a lot of good contractors that will treat you right..ie: Meers, Burnup and Sims, Henkel & McCoy etc.
By the way BOSS spelled backwards is Double S-O-B...don't forget that, you might be one someday.
