my shop launched a new pay scale about 3 months ago and it has raised an odd dilemma..........there are now 2 different rates for almost every code, so that when someone goes out on a tc for say 30 (just random figures here) but someone else has to go behind them, and they are getting 40, the original guy gets charged back 40 which is 10 more than he got to do the job to begin with..........anyone else ever seen something like this before?
