I do not know if this is true or not, composite pricing is limited to the input footage to the discrepancy, per unit price is limited to the missing unit only. I have fixed hack work and got paid good bucks, but the contractor had to make up the difference between what he paid out to the 1ST guy and me because I can't fix it for what little bit contract pay would be. You can not be charged more than you were paid unless you had other damage. Just my two cents!
