Most MSO inspectors being utilized today have less experience than those doing the work. [Example Only] A favorate of MSO is to inspect a node, if they find an infraction with 20 out of 100 units, they reject the entire node and want you to re look all units. Of course they hold up your invoicing during this process. Instead of building a team effort to get quality and get the job done, they are out to see how they can screw the contractor by putting inexperience inspector in the field. If the contractor has the balls to stand up to the MSO- they can work out the issues and get the dam job done to everyone's satisfaction, especially the end user/sub.
