Was wondering if anyone out there has had one and what they experienced when they went to court. I did get one although I was not intoxicated, or at least I did not thing so. Seems you do not need to be intoxicated to recieve one of these Gifts.At least in Virginia anyways. This case is presently under appeal but here is what this one judge decided since it was a second offense within 10 years. A 1500 fine....4 year suspension, 1 year incarceration with 6 months suspended. Was interested in intellegent replies but I know this is the Bar so I will get other responses also. Will take them with a grain of Salt like I did the sentencing....If anything becomes of this thread I hope its to let others know that drinking and driving no matter if its 1 or 5 drinks will screw up your life so be smart and decide not to....Have a day all....
