yes ive had my 2nd. the first one i thought was a joke so i was drinking the next nite. on the 2nd one 4 yrs later i most likley was drunk(refused stupid human tricks) just finished driving from chicago to olive hill ky. and back with my boat non stop, dropped it off at the barn then stoped at the moose for a couple(too many) after refusing the tests the cop had me on video w/ no audio told me to sit on my back bumper. turned around and put in the report that i was so drunk i had to sit down. so the only thing i found to do is get the most expensive lawyer and fight it. my lawyer was 4500 dollars,classes $1000, fines $4000, playing scrabble w/ inmates that cant spell.....priceless ...ended up getting it knocked down to reckless driving and 7 days in lake county il jail, no record w/ the promise that i quit drinking. that was 5 and a half years ago and thats one promise i plan to keep.
