open test ports and looseamp lids

I need help. I work with a group of people who can't get it in their head why they should close things tightly. I’ve explained the different affects and problems but makes no difference. Firing is not the solution since it's a small company and replacements are not easy to find. Maybe some text documents may help. Can any one tell where I can find such material to print out?
