Hold on there Cowboys........These amp lids MUST be tighted in the proper order and to the proper torque.If you over tighten the lids they WILL warp causing water to seep into the housing.The heat from the amp will actually draw moisture inside.Every time I go and sweep a system after it has heated up,at least 10% has water damage.The biggest problem are the lazy techs using ratchets
> I need help. I work with a group of people who can't get it in their head why they should close things tightly. I’ve explained the different affects and problems but makes no difference. Firing is not the solution since it's a small company and replacements are not easy to find. Maybe some text documents may help. Can any one tell where I can find such material to print out?
