The system that i have worked in for 5 years just recently launched HSD. All has gone fairly well except every once in awhile we will have a customer whose modem just seems to quit working. Signal level is fine forward and reverse, provisioning is ok,we have added a dc block and an ac filter, ran new drop cable but the problem seems to be very intermittent. when it does happen it will stay down for approximately 2-3 hours. the customer says however when it works it works great. I am fresh out of options.HELP!!!!
