What kind of router are you using? if you are using the cisco universal broadband router (ubr) I can help you through the built in diagnostics in the ubr Flap list. I watch a companys network in Pa. At first they had alot of problems, after a few weeks of troubleshooting it was smooth saling, but it is somthing that you have to stay on top of.

>The system that i have worked in for 5 years just recently launched HSD. All has gone fairly well except every once in awhile we will have a customer whose modem just seems to quit working. Signal level is fine forward and reverse, provisioning is ok,we have added a dc block and an ac filter, ran new drop cable but the problem seems to be very intermittent. when it does happen it will stay down for approximately 2-3 hours. the customer says however when it works it works great. I am fresh out of options.HELP!!!!
