Starting a business

I recently obtained contracts for aerial constrction for spectrum/charter as a sub prime, I was going to form a LLC type business entity in a couple days but I figured I'd ask beforehand what you guys that that do this type of work what type of business entity you'd suggest to form. This is also going to be equally owned between me and another guy.
