I see that you are in Western New York.
My suggestion (unless others here on the bar disagree) is to form your business in a more TAX FRIENDLY state. You can purchase insurances that cover NYS. Just shop around and ask around, possibly a trustworthy accountant.
NYS taxes and insurances have drove many people out of there. I left the Buffalo area back in 1979 and miss the area as WNY and CNY are very beautiful areas.
