I always prefer the Incorporated route. You can still be equal partners you just own equal shares in your company but it offers the best in liability protection. This can be done in a couple of hours, the hardest part is coming up with alternate names for the incoproration application. Make sure to start putting all your equipment in the corp name so it limits your direct personal involvement and keeps the wolves at the bay in case of something tragic going on. IMHO
