Set up LLC in the State of Delaware, you can live anywhere. Best to get an attorney, this is no where to do it on your own  Better yet put it under your wife name, then your a female business enterphise and gives you more of an advantage if bidding state or fed jobs, also helps if you need a loan.  Good Luck...Your probably have to spend a couple hundred to get it set up..  MicroMan
