Their rule, call in route and onsite, if you do that, nothing to worry about, if you don't, then your not doing the job correctly, some times the only way to make a tech that can't follow the simple rule is to hit them in the wallet. Not saying I agree with charge backs, no one does, but they are easy to avoid, just do what you are asked to do. I would rather get charged back for not calling in (which is 100% at tech fault) vs. getting charged for not hooking up phone lines that the customer does not have.
