Crap!Someone has to answer the phone & accurately record the event. And then a second call re the same customer? And then a third call.......cx not home......I'm leaving for the next job.....no you can't leave...........stay there in that driveway until WE verify the customer is not home and give you a new ETA for the cx...................Not sayin that is an exact situation but if the installation company NEEDS to micromanage to that extent they NEED to bolt a time clock to the wall and encourage EMPLOYEES to use it before they get into their company issued truck.I must compliment this whore on the nice new lipstick!Joe
