I agree with the phone line connectivity.. Besides we aren't ameritech employees.. Charging back for not calling in is excessive but I see your point with the tech following rules but come on who does it really affect? Nobody is losing money without a phone call to dispatch. Just another bogus reason to steal your hard earned money.
