I worked for them for a short time and they charged me back for not calling from the customers house. Sad part about the chargebacks is that I was using MY cell phone when I was calling from the customers house to cancel workorders due to NLOS and landlord restrictions. The CSR's spoke to ALL the customers to verify AND I was still chargedback on jobs that I couldn't do. Now...how is that bullshit appropriate???
