Yeah, I set the receiver up for the Ka/Ku LNB3 already. Yeah, I haven't been in the field for a couple months so I'm a bit rusty, but it COULD very well be the BBC. As far as peaking the 103 is concerned, my meter (Birdog) doesn't have that. Do you need a SatBuddy for that? Maybe I can download it. I usually just check the 119, which an LNB3 will pick up for aiming purposes.I don't know what model receiver it is. It's black though, so it's not an H20, and I'm pretty sure it's not an H24 either if my memory serves me right. It was behind the counter at a crowded bar. I'll get a better look tomorrow. I was just trying to rack my brain about all the different components that can discriminate between satellites' integrities.I know bad LNBs, multi-switches, splitters, and BBCs can do that. Do you know if the box itself can malfunction like that?
