Dude  always start from the beginning, never assume that the previous tech had a pulse. Check your mast and make sure its plumb. look at your line of site. test the rg6 drop going to the receiver.If you dont have a good meter use a temp to varify the drop is good. of course check w/ a second receiver as well. most of the troubles I roll on stem from a bad install.
