Do confirm that the 101 is peaked.
Make sure the set up is correct for the 3LNB Ka/Ku Dish....and does NOT have a phase III dish selected.
The 3 LNB ka/Ku only "sees" the 99, 101 & 103. The 110 and 119 will not be "seen" by that LNB.
Then switch to the 103 signal meter & peak that.
Do confirm there is a B Band Converter (BBC) installed. It should be at the back of the receiver on the sat input port. It may have failed. (dish /LNB....line....to...receiver......BBC...receiver) No BBC; no HD from 99 or 103!
