Got a trouble call today customer states when son is playing XBox she is unable to use her laptop. I went over and verified this is true. Heres the details.

Times Offline Today 0
US/DS Rate 256K / 1.02M
Current through put was less than 40kb when XBox is on
No packet loss
Ran speed test online with Xbox off and got the 1M and 256K, Turned the Xbox on and laptop will not even pull up a web page.
Customer has a Cisco wireless router with XBox and Laptop hooked up via Ethernet cable.
Has anyone see this? Ideas and experience appreciated
