I had an interesting call this morning. A customer that is working on a federal project asked me if I knew what the auditors would be looking for to comply with the Davis Beacon Act. Its a federal project with construction and fiber splicing. Does anyone know what is the "standard" for say a fiber splicer or construction crew under this act?
