Go see your state department of labor. folks there will be very happy to help you understand the rules for
DAvis Bacon wage jobs...Many places have classes (at no charge) for employers which anyone is welcome to attend.
They want to make sure the employees are getting what they are due.
DB wages for all states should be posted on line. I know ours are.
