Can anyone verify for me if Cox has taken a self destructive direction in all of their systems or
only Northern Virginia? Over the last three years they have eliminated their most qualified employees
who they replaced with low wage newbies. The experienced guys who remain are too intimidated to
express their concern over the destruction of the system, the moral is at a all time low, these people
hate their jobs.
The contractors recently had a 50% cut in prices and were given 72 hours to sign the contract. Cox
sent a clear signal that quality and safety are of no importance. They have a list of contractors
who are willing to work at slave wages. They appear willing to bring in as many inferior contractor as
necessary, break them and replace them. They already have a prime who has been thrown off the system
twice.
Are other systems experiencing the same disaster?
