Guy's, I worked for COX as a supervisor for ten yrs and was laid off a year ago. It not just the contractors get shafted, its the in house guy's as well. Two yrs ago they instituted a new policy of every system does everything the same. I mean everything. It pissed a lot of people off and some of us spoke up and a yr latter were laid off. Its funny no news reports on the 20% of employees they let go. They did it US wide to make the numbers look smaler then a 20% in work force reduction in all markets. They are really in it for the MONEY. They will do anything to save a buck. From the inside it sucks just as much as a contractor.
