i think they should put a bullet in the head of every illegal drug user,dealer,grower... etc along with every alcoholic and any one who drinks.... all these ppl are just a waste of space and are of no value to anyone
you ppl call yourself's Professionals when all you do is talk about doing drugs,drinking and so on and you all wonder why this industry is going in the crapper
i own my own install buisness and had tech pass the piss test b4, then come to work bragging about doing drugs.... guess what ... fired on the spot! had a few come in drunk... again fired on the spot! took 3 years to find enough techs to fill my roster, and guess what... we are now the best crew in our system.
we just renewed our contract with comcast and we are the highest payed team in the state all cause we don't have druggies and drunks on our team, messing up every day like most other crews,
so i actually think the punishment for this crap is too forgiving.
