just wait you will have one of your guys go cable and you might be on the other end of it and not like what happens. brag all you want about having the best guys in the world doing installs if not for all the splicers and sweep techs then you have nothing and oh by the way if you dont want them to go cable on you make sure that you pay them on time and dont run with the money as most seem to do now days.
