making them get a license is the best thing they can do. Cause now, cable and sat companies can't just hire any idiot off the street. This means if they want to stay in buisness, they need to pay. I wish all 50 states would require that.
You don't see any of this crap go down in security install work cause its hard to get licensed. So they have a smaller pool of technicians to pull from. Thus, they pay to keep a tech.
