Well up here you have to have your business license, bonding from the state, an electrical administrators license which you can rent if one is available for 1000 a month. You can get your own by going and taking a test, then taking 3 forms to people that know you and have electrical admin licenses and have them fill those out and some other fun paperwork and send it all to Juneau and then some desk jockey will take a couple of weeks to get to it and then send it back because you didn't put a period at the end of some sentence. Then there is your liability insurance and vehicle insurance and the vehicle better have all of its ducks in a row. Like health card, fire extinguisher, first aid kid, emergency road kit and so on because they have people that drive around to check that. And all of this will get you a myriad of fines if you don't have it.
